LSU Leisure Course -Basic techniques May 6, 2017

This class meets at Red Stick Spice Co. on Jefferson Highway May 6, 2017


 Meet me in the kitchen to make Shrimp Puttanesca with Pasta, Grilled Asparagus and Roasted Spring Vegetable Cobb Salad.


 You will learn to work with shrimp; make a tomato sauce, roast vegetables and use a stove top grill pan.
