Our Team Building Cooking Class for the Academic Affairs Office at LSU

Our Team Building Cooking Class for the Academic Affairs Office on the campus of LSU.It took place in the Food Science and Nutritional Kitchen. We wanted our guests who were not raised with Louisiana ingredietns to get a taste of our decadent food.This class could not have happened without the planning from the Marketing Director,Gaye Sandoz and the Food Science Department including our Food Scientist Dr. Luis Espinoza.

We stuffed pork tenderloin with boudin and wrapped in bacon and glazed it in Delightful Palate's Wild Mayahw Berry Vinaigrette. The other recipes on the menu:Our Local Ruth’s Hummus with Marinated Cherry Tomatoes in Delightful Palate’s Balsamic Garlic Honey Vinaigrette, Roasted Cauliflower in Delightful Palate's Stone Fruit Nectar Vinaigrette, Sweet Potato Salad with Cranberries and Roasted Pecans and Truly Southern Pretzel Crunch.
