Wild Mayhaw Berry Glazed Nuts

Glazed Nuts

 Almonds are an excellent source of magnesium, vitamin E, fiber, unsaturated fats and many other nutrients that we want our kids to eat. This after school treat can be a home work booster!

 Wild Mayhaw Berry Glazed Nuts

Ingredients:

1 cup of walnuts, your favorite nut, or a combination

1/4 cup Delightful Palate Wild Mayhaw Berry

2 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300. Combine ingredients until evenly coated. Pour onto baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and lightly sprayed. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Store in a sealed container.
