Slow Roasted Tomatoes

 1  8 oz. packaged cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

 2 teaspoons fresh basil

 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

 3 garlic cloves, sliced thin

 ¼ cup Delightful Palate’s Balsamic Garlic Honey Vinaigrette

½ teaspoon salt 

Black pepper 

 

Line a cookie sheet with foil. In a mixing bowl mix the tomatoes, basil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper. and ¼  cup Balsamic Garlic Honey vinaigrette. Place on the cookie sheet and bake in a 250 degree oven for 2 to 3 hours until caramelized around the edges. Put in a container and place in the fridge
