This cauliflower recipe is great for Thanksgiving or any Fall meal!  

Caramelized Cauliflower with Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar Vinaigrette 

1 head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cut into bite-size florets (about 6 cups)

½ cup Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar vinaigrette

2 teaspoons Masala

1 teaspoons sea salt

Pre-Heat oven to 450 degrees

Toss the cauliflower with the Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar Vinaigrette, and the Masala spice blend. Place on a baking sheet; sprinkle with the salt and toss again. Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.

 

Options:

Add a quareted onion to the cauliflower when roasting and when it is finished garnish it with 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, golden raisins and toasted almonds.

Also, serve the Caramelized Cauliflower  as a topping over a bed of hummus.
