 Delightful Palate was asked to participate in Whole Foods Market Grilling Week by teaching a cooking class. We created a menu of Grilled Vegetabe Panzanella using rye bread for the croutons and zucchini, squash, shallots, and red peppers for the grilled vegetables. We then tossed then tossed them all in Delightful Palate's Balsamic Garlic Honey Vinaigrette and piled them into an avocado cup. We then cut carrots into segments seasoned them with cumin and fennel seeds , grilled them and then glazed them with Delightful Palate's Stone Fruit Nectar Vinaigrette. check out Grilled Rainbow Carrots with Cumin and Fennel drizzled with Delightful Palate's Stone Fruit Nectar.
