Spring Sides Made Simple

Register Now for New Cooking Class at Red Stick Spice Company 

Excellent news: registration is open for our next fun and informative class in the mini-cooking series that's all about Spring's bounty: asparagus!

During this class on April 29th from 6-8PM at Red Stick Spice Company you will learn to create two fantastic dishes with Spring vegetables and delicious vinaigrettes. The full class menu is included below along with a BONUS dessert recipe to compliment the meal!

In keeping with the Spring theme for this class, Lili has suggested a perfect pairing to go well with the menu - these sweet, no-bake Coconut Cream Pie Bars on our Delightful Palate blog (check out the link for a FREE step-by-step recipe!)

Class Menu will Feature:

  • Appetizer of Blackberries doused in Wild Mayhaw Berry Delightful Palate Vinaigrette over baked Brie with a Pickled Raisin Garnish
  • Asparagus Spears with a Spring Medley of Chopped Vegetables in Stone Fruit Nectar Vinaigrette (featured in the header of this e-mail!)
  • A lemony balsamic asparagus capellini with herbed ricotta.
