For those who asked for the step-by-step guide of how to make the Savory Roasted Spring Vegetable Tart that we created during our cooking class at Whole Foods Market on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie last week, check out the pictures and tips below! 

Be sure and use any of your favorite Spring vegetables! We chose plump bright green asparagus and cherry tomatoes and earthy mushrooms. 

We sprinkled fresh basil leaves on top and dollops of ricotta, mascarpone and Parmesan cheese with bit of chopped garlic and fresh herbs mixed in.
