Shadows of soft light wash the sidewalks in the early morning , as the vendors move the street blockades to drive trucks through to unload their goods for sale. There is a sprawling view of

fresh garden eggs, flats of Louisiana strawberries, and symmetrical rows of small pots with 3-inch seedlings of lemon basil, red leaf sorrel and arugula.


Organic radishes at the Inglewood Harvest FArm Market

We are so lucky in Alexandria to have Inglewood Harvest Farm. They supply beautiful organic produce and gather vendors from fresh milk and butter to organic beef and chickens.

Flats of strawberries , homemade cakes, cookies, face painting and hay rides for the children. I was sampling roasted carrots with Delightful Palate's Wild Mayhaw Berry it makes great vegan dish.

Let us all keep coming  out and support this farm so it can continue to offer amazing events....

She is overqualified to be a demo person as she has effective marketing skills. After our third and final training session in one week, which consisted of setting up Delightful Palate displays and handing out tempting samples in the produce isles of grocery stores, Jennifer’s hilarious sense of humor appeared.
