 The LSU  Food Science and Nutritional Kitchen

Our Team Building Cooking Class for the Academic Affairs Office on the campus of LSU.It took place in the Food Science and Nutritional Kitchen. We wanted our guests who were not raised with Louisiana ingredietns to get a taste of our decadent food.This class could not have happened without the planning from the Marketing Director,Gaye Sandoz and the Food Science Department including our Food Scientist Dr. Luis Espinoza.

You need an idea for a snack for  Your Mardi Gras and Super bowl gatherings. These little nibbles are sweet, savory and crunchy. They take no time to put together and pack up nicely.
