Bacon Wrapped Chicken Wings with Delightful Palate’s   Wild Mayhaw Berry

4 pound chicken wings

8 slices of bacon, cut in half

1 ½ cups Delightful Palate’s Wild Mayhaw Berry

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 ½ cups praline pecans, finely chopped

2 green onions, sliced

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees and spray a large baking pan with oil.

Season Chicken wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. In a medium bowl put in the chicken wings and pour 1-cup wild mayhaw berry over the chicken to coat. Wrap each one of your half bacon strips around a wing and line in them up in a large roasting pan .

Roast chicken wings for 45-50 minutes or until wings are browned and crisp.  Brush ½ cup wild mayhaw berry over the wings when they come out of oven and garnish with chopped praline pecans and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
