 Lea’s Caesar Salad

 Serves 4 

Romaine Salad Greens

1 garlic, minced

Generous amount salt and pepper

pinch of thyme

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon German mustard

½ tablespoon steak sauce

½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

6 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon wine vinegar

½ teaspoon anchovy paste

2 bay leaves

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup home made croutons


Rinse lettuce and dry leaves 

Mix the next 12  ingredients in a blender; pour over lettuce top with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
