Peaches with Serrano Ham, Basil and Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar

Makes 24

 

3 peaches, each cut into 8 wedges

¼ cup to ½ cup Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar infused with basil.(recipe follows)

1/4 teaspoon flavored  sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 pound thinly sliced serrrano ham

24 small basil leaves

3 Tablespoons of Red Stick Spice Co. Basil infused Olive Oil

 

Toss together peaches, sugar, Stone Fruit  Nectar vinaigrette , and cumin and let stand 10 minutes.Cut ham slices in half lengthwise, then wrap each piece around a wedge of peach. Top with a basil leaf and secure with a wooden or metal pick. And drizzle with  basil infused olive oil

Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar infused with Basil

½ cup stone fruit nectar and 1 cup of basil leaves and mix together in a food processor or blender until a beautiful pale green and delicious
