Roasted Cranberry Sauce with Delightful Palate's Wild Mayhaw Berry vinaigrette
The ingredients
orange peel only or orange zest
adding the liquor to the cranberry mayhaw sauce

Cranberries and Wild Mayhaw Berry Sauce

 1 pound fresh cranberries or frozen, thawed

¾ cups brown sugar

¾ cup Delightful Palate’s Wild Mayhaw Berry Vinaigrette

1 stick cinnamon

Zest of one orange, are thin slivers of orange peel

1 /2 jalapeno, chopped, optional

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 tablespoon of Orange Liquor (Grand Marnier)

 

 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix first 7 ingredients on heavy rimmed baking sheet. Roast until edges begin to bubble, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven; maintain oven temperature. Stir orange liquor into cranberry mixture. Roast until juices bubble and cranberries shrivel, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes longer. Transfer to medium bowl; cover and chill until cold, about 2 hours. DO AHEAD: Can be made 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.
