Roasted Spiced Bacon

I used this bacon recipe for a cooking class for new brides. I taught them how to make a Roasted Spring Vegetable Cobb Salad. It included Moroccan Carrots, Roasted Potatoes, Asparagus, Beets, and eggs. All tossed in Delightful Palate's Balsamic Vinaigrette and fresh herbs. A must for spring!


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan.
  3. Lay the bacon on top of the parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
